Wawasee Episcopal Center
Welcome
Located on the south shore of beautiful Lake Wawasee, the Wawasee Episcopal Center is the year round Conference and Retreat Center of the Diocese of Northern Indiana. Joined by All Saints' Episcopal Church on the same property, the setting and facilities of the Center lend themselves well for spiritual retreats, vestry retreats, educational conferences, or parish events.

Location
The Center may be reached via Indiana State Road 13 from U.S. 6, north of Syracuse, and from the south by U.S. 30. Turn off State Road 13 at Vawter Park Road, across from the golf course on the south side of Syracuse. A directional sign to the Center and All Saints' Church is visible at that location.
Amenities
The large conference room (1078 sq. ft.) can accomodate up to fifty people for day-long meetings. Fully equipped kitchen facilities are available for meal preparation. The larger kitchen includes a commerical range, while the smaller has a residential one. If desired, meals can be provided by local catering services. A lounge, complete with fireplace, provides space for relaxation or informal discussion. A small library contains books for spiritual study or recreational reading. Plans of the first and second floors are available for review.
Sleeping accomodations include 27 twin-sized beds (five of which are bunk beds) and 3 pull-out couches for a maximum overnight occupancy of thirty people. There are three bedrooms with three bathrooms downstairs with the beds placed as detailed on this plan. There are five bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs with the beds placed as detailed on this plan. A linen service for overnight guests includes sheets and towels.
The Center has a commanding view of the lake. During summer months a pier affords access to the lake for both swimming and boating.
Pricing & Availability
Pricing for use of the center is as follows:
Hourly (4 hour minimum): $30.00 +tax
One night: $250.00 +tax
Weekend: $495.00 +tax
Summer Weekly: $2,298.00 +tax
Tax: 7% State, 5% Innkeeper
A deposit of one-third of the cost is required to reserve the Center. Deposits are fully refundable if the cancellation is made 90 days prior to your scheduled reservation.
